Empowering Girls in Engineering: A Future in Mechanical Awaits

In the fast-moving age we live in, women-in-engineering promotion is no longer a crusade: it has become an essential one. There is an increase in the number of girls opting to carve out a career for themselves in IT and CAD. Nevertheless, mechanical engineering is still very much considered a man's job. This view has to change, and more doors have to be opened so that the young females can walk through them and explore this fascinating field. There is indeed an increase in female enrollment in mechanical engineering in the top engineering colleges in Jaipur with more gender diversity in STEM, which clearly means that slowly but surely, the tide is changing.
